Hello, dear readers! Welcome to Lesua /lɛsuə/ magazine, which translates to “For Her” in Amharic, Ethiopia’s national language. With Lesua magazine, we envision a platform where a woman can gain knowledge, insights, resources, and inspiration from fellow African women worldwide and have the tools and support to turn them into reality. Our magazine features exclusive interviews, podcasts, articles, advertising, and more.
Through Lesua magazine, we’re creating an exclusive and powerful community of women ready to share and contribute towards educating and inspiring other eager women from all walks of life including students, workers, housewives, entrepreneurs, and diasporas.

Sarah is the founder, visionary, and EIC of Lesua Magazine. She lives in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and has a lifelong passion for creative writing. She loves inspiring other women to live passionately each day. Sarah can usually be found sipping world famous Ethiopian coffee at local cafes in Addis Ababa while engaging the social scene and writing stories on her laptop.
Lesua is the New African Women’s entrepreneurial and lifestyle magazine. We strive for positive change and high impact results in the lives of African women around the world.
